Scaling AI upskilling across your organisation

PLAN · BUILD · SCALE is delivering results. This site shows how to scale that value across your organisation with a CogniScale-partnered rollout.

01 The proposition
The proposition

After your investment in Plan-Build-Scale for the first cohort the focus often moves to scaling across the department and org.

CogniScale offers a partnered rollout that gives you access to our operating infrastructure: updated content, demo agent design and build, delivery materials, platform, measurement and managed cohort support.

Your organisation leads the upskilling workshops; CogniScale helps the rollout move faster and stay consistent, giving visibility on progress to leadership.

We typically coach and certify select individuals from the first cohort who are then responsible for delivering the programme across the organisation with our support.

02 The partnered model
The partnered model

The partnered model is designed so your organisation leads and delivers the rollout while CogniScale provides the infrastructure behind it. Your executive sponsor sets the direction, and certified internal leads run the workshops.

CogniScale supports them with the methodology, updated content, delivery materials e.g. slide decks, Slack platform with exercises and demo agents, assignment feedback and back-office support.

03 What leadership gets
What leadership gets

The model is designed so business as usual can continue while the rollout scales. Certified representatives typically need around 12 to 14 hours per cohort, with CogniScale supporting the time-intensive work around materials, demo agents, assignment feedback, reporting and platform administration.

For leadership, the key benefit is visibility. The board and senior team can see how the AI upskilling is progressing, what has been invested in licences, training and support, and what capacity is being created. That gives the organisation a clearer view of adoption, progress and ROI, rather than relying on anecdotal feedback from individual teams.

04 How the rollout works
How the rollout works

Organisations vary in how much internal resource they have available to support department-wide or organisation-wide upskilling. The rollout starts with a customisation session to work through the model, confirm the division of responsibility between your organisation and CogniScale, and decide the right certification route, platform access and cohort sequence.

Once that is clear, we put the terms of reference, commercial structure, roles and responsibilities in place so the agreement, legal process and budget approval can move forward. From there, the executive sponsor sets the vision, customised surveys go out across the organisation, and the opportunity reports show where capacity can be created by team, department or division.

This is also part of the people change strategy. The surveys give individuals and teams the opportunity to share their current workflows, pressures and opportunities before the upskilling begins, so buy-in starts early. Meanwhile, selected representatives are trained and certified, either through a lighter-touch route or by being shadowed through a full cohort. Once delivery starts, CogniScale supports the cohort with demo agents, decks, assignments, feedback, Slack support and reporting, so the internal leads can focus on running the workshops and helping their teams build useful agents against a clear rollout plan.

05 The platform layer
The platform layer — standard and Advanced tier

The platform serves two purposes. First, it gives the organisation a place to register the cloud agents teams build, along with the skills that govern how those agents are used. It also gives leadership visibility through Team Pulse, progress reporting and the metadata stored in the platform.

The platform can also be made available through the Advanced tier for selected leaders. This is where the organisation can explore more agentic ways of working, including Co-CEOs, Connected Colleagues and governed connectivity into approved systems. It is optional, but it gives the organisation a practical view of where AI-augmented working can go next, while keeping activity visible, managed and auditable.

06 With a methodology partner
With a methodology partner

By partnering with CogniScale, your organisation has a structured and professional approach to scaling AI upskilling across teams and departments. The methodology, content, platform, measurement and delivery support stay consistent, rather than being recreated or adapted differently for each cohort.

This helps accelerate value realisation and return on investment. Internal leads can focus on adoption and workshop delivery, while CogniScale supports the implementation infrastructure, reporting and back-office work that helps the rollout maintain pace and visibility.

07 Next step
Next step — begin with a customisation session

The next step is a complimentary one-hour customisation session. In that session we talk through the partnership model, explore where the lines of responsibility should sit between your organisation and CogniScale, and look at the likely rollout strategy, timelines and level of support required.

Off the back of that session, CogniScale puts together a fully costed proposal for the agreement. This includes the certification route, cohort support, content licence, platform tier and any managed services required, so it can be reviewed by legal, budget can be assigned and the rollout can get started.
